Best training so far. I did 40 minutes on the cross trainer (it's sad that Cross Trainer is almost never free when I go), worked out my abs, shoulders, chest. I had more energy so I added my back to the exercise. Definitely it's gotta do with my excitement for the Skiing trip in 4 days. I will ski from the minute when the pistes open till sun goes down.
I listened to Ramones almost exclusively. My favorite, Teenage Lobotomy. Somehow fits me perfectly:
