I'll keep a track of my training program on my blog, which hopefully motivate me.

So:

Day 1 - 10 Jan 2007:
10 mins uphill walking (5.5 kmh)
10 mins jogging (7kmh)
Upper Body
Weight Change (+/-) = 0kg

As Ronnie Coleman said:
