Training Day 3

It took again a week to visit the gym again. I gotta find some more time. Results:

5 Mins Bike (while waiting for the cross trainer)
40 Mins Cross Trainer
Abs
Bi and Triceps

My performance in aerobic exercises is getting better with , which is something I lack severely.
